#stigma-free concert

Experience the supportive environment created through music and the stories of people with lived experience of mental illness.

Our #stigma-free concerts are performed by professional musicians. Mental health professionals and peer advocates spread the word about local resources and share their lived experience.

"Mental health is perhaps taken more seriously than I initially guessed it was. As a mentally ill person I expected this to be a semi-performative thing but it’s obvious all those involved genuinely care.
